My Favorite Watch Brand RADO
As is known to all, Swiss watches are popular all over the world. As long as someone refers to Switzerland, people will think of Swiss watch. You may be familiar with several Swiss watch brands such as OMEGA, ROLEX, TUDOR, LOGINES and so on. But for me, RADO is my favorite watch brand.
I started to pay attention to RADO after helping one of my best friends to select a watch to his girlfriend as a birthday gift. Finally, we chose one kind of RADO (look at the photo). I thought it was really a nice one for his girlfriend. I was sure that his girlfriend would like it. And it proved to be right at last. To be frankly, i was attracted at the first sight. Its slivery white color just like the soft moonlight which is solid and classic. Its ceramic watchcase and watchband touch comfortable which have particular metallic luster. Its surface is made of sapphire glass with high hardness. What’s more, it has many fuctions like timing, waterproofing, anti-magnetism, shakeproof and abrasion resistant. It looks simple but fashion. When you wear it, it shows your grace and special temperament.
Now let me introduce RADO in brief. RADO was found in 1917, and its headquarters is located in Linor nearby Biel. In 1983, it became the member of SMH group, which is now renamed Swatch group. It is the landmark that RADO successfully marketed the first wearable watch in the world in 1962, which has laid a solid foundation for their future career. Nowadays, RADO has become one of the most importtant watch manufacturers in Switzerland. In particular, it makes full use of advanced technology. The biggest characteristic of RADO is wear-resisting, and it initially adopts the unique materials such as high-tech ceramics, sapphire crystal, hard metal and so on. Design is a kind of inner beauty for RADO, which shows distinctive individuality and smooth lines with strong contemporary and innovative consciousness. The exterior design of men’s watch looks geneous and gentlemanly, while lady’s watch looks elegant and idiosyncratic.
